Pre-Order Ship Dates

  • The ship date for your pre-order is clearly displayed on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email
  • Pre-orders ship on the batch date, not before
  • Delivery takes 5-12 business days after the ship date, depending on your location

Pre-Order Delays

If your pre-order batch is delayed beyond the stated ship date:

🏠 SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • After shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package is in transit

🚨 DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Arriving?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as "delivered" prematurely)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
